A litte bit about me

 

After 18 years out of the workforce, I reentered and rebuilt my career from scratch. In less than nine years, I went from marketing coordinator to earning my Executive MBA, serving on multiple boards, and becoming a CEO.

I share that because I learned what actually accelerates women’s careers--and it wasn’t grinding harder or waiting for someone to notice. It was learning how to articulate value, lead with confidence, build influence, and position myself for the level I wanted to operate in.

That’s why I built Elavare.

A litte bit about me

 

Eleven years ago, my husband filed for divorce.  Suddenly, I had to return to the workforce to provide for my 5 children. It was scary and difficult, but I got a job, and now I’m a successful marketing leader, global speaker, and board director.
